Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account data. Your name, email address and profile picture, received from Google when you sign in. We never receive or store your Google password.
• Content you submit. Recipes, ingredient lists, batch weights, process notes, uploaded lab reports and the labels generated from them.
• Payment records. Order and payment identifiers returned by Razorpay. We never see or store full card details.
• Usage data. Standard web analytics and the Meta Pixel, used to understand traffic and measure advertising.
• Waitlist emails. If you ask to be notified about FDA or EU formats, we store the email address you give us for that purpose only.

How we use it

To generate your labels, keep your label history available to you, process payments and credits, provide support, and improve the accuracy of our ingredient matching. We do not sell your data, and we do not share your recipes or lab reports with third parties for marketing.

Processors we rely on

• Lovable Cloud — hosting, database and authentication infrastructure
• Google — OAuth sign-in
• Razorpay — payment processing
• AI providers via the Lovable AI Gateway — ingredient and document parsing
• Meta — advertising measurement pixel

Retention and deletion

We keep your account and label history until you ask us to remove them. Email girigrey00@gmail.com to request access, correction or deletion of your data, and we will action it and confirm back to you.

Security

Records are protected by row-level access rules so that your data is reachable only by your own signed-in account and our administrative service. More detail is on our Trust & Security page.
